"Beware the Ides of March"

Though the Ides of March is best known as the day that Julius Caesar bit the dust it was always considered a day for dispute resolution within the culture of ancient Rome. It was also considered to be the date that kicks off the beginning of the Roman Lunar Calendar, so Happy New Year! For luck during this auspicious time pork, greens, and coin shaped foods were consumed. Our Ides of March provision pack contains a container of kale chips from Kale love, a Nola salami from Olympia Provisions, a box of Mary's Gone Black pepper Crackers, and a jar of Stopsky's Smoked Castelvetrano Olives. All great treats by themselves, together they will ward off all inauspicious portents from even the most accurate of oracles.
