Yes, Sister Carol really was a nun. One who smoked, rocked a miniskirt, and made a delicious mustard, all while running a soup kitchen in one of the toughest parts of Providence, RI. This famed mustard, like its maker, is slightly spirited, disarmingly sweet, and still devoted to helping others. 5% of each sale goes directly to Amos House.
